Graveside services for Luvinour King, of Brookhaven, will beheld at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31, at Midway Cemetery inMeadville. Franklin Funeral Home in Meadville is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Thursday from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. King, 79, died Jan. 30, 2008, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. She was born in Franklin County on April 14, 1928, to OtisNorris and Virginia Laster Norris.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Pleasant Valley BaptistChurch in Meadville.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, BaileyKing; one son; two brothers; and four sisters.

Survivors are her sons, Hardy King, of Gloster, Freddy King, ofMcComb, Rayford King, of Bogue Chitto, Bobby King, of Quentin, TomKing, of Decatur, and James King, of Laurel; her daughters, LindaSmith, of Bogue Chitto, Carolyn Cain, of Brookhaven, Joyce Smith,of Summit, Frances Smith, of Brookhaven, Dorothy Nickell, of BogueChitto, and Shirley Redd, of Trinity, Texas; her brother, HollisNorris, of Meadville; her 19 grandchildren and threegreat-grandchildren.
