Services for William Eugene “Billy” Jackson, of Wesson, wereheld at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 6, at Sylvarena Baptist Churchin Wesson with burial in the church cemetery. Community FuneralServices was in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Jackson, 77, died March 4, 2008, at his residence. He wasborn on Jan. 1, 1931, to J.W. Jackson and Clara Hudson Jackson.

He was a member of Sylvarena Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a sister; and ason.

Survivors are his wife, Jeanette Weeks Jackson, of Wesson; hissons, Craig Jackson, Kyle Jackson and Kurt Jackson, all of Wesson;his brother, Melvin Jackson, of Madison; his sister, Helen J.Freeman, of Indiana; his aunt, Alice M. Davis, of Jackson; sevengrandsons; five nieces and two nephews.
