Services for Cornelious McGhee Sr., of Jackson and formerly ofFranklin County, will be held at noon on Wednesday, March 26, atMarshall Funeral Home Chapel in Bude with burial in SwearingtonCemetery in Amite County.

Visitation is Wednesday from 10 a.m. until the time of theservice at the funeral home.

Mr. McGhee, 67, died March 17, 2008, at Mississippi BaptistMedical Center in Jackson. He was born in Franklin County on March14, 1941, to Earnest McGhee Sr. and Francis Cameron McGhee.

He was a Mason at M.W. King Hiram Grand Lodge.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his daughters, Cordelious Dickens, MelanieHarrington, Letitia Kersh and Amy Stubbs; his sons, Patrick McGhee,Kevin McGhee and Cornelious McGhee Jr.; his sisters, Ora B. Stewartand Ruth Grace; his brothers, Earnest McGhee Jr. and John BruceMcGhee; his longtime companion Patricia Stubbs; and a host ofnieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
