Corbin Baliey Adams, 10, of Brandon, died Monday, April 14,2008, at the University Medical Center in Jackson.

Visitation is from 5 until 8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, at Ottand Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. A service will be held at 3 p.m.on Thursday at Ott and Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. There will alsobe a visitation from 5 until 8 pm Friday, April 18, atHolland-Harris Funeral Directors in Tupelo. A service will be heldat 2 p.m. on Saturday at Holland-Harris Funeral Directors withentombment in Lee Memorial Park Cemetery. Pastor Ricky Cox and theRev. Timmy Brown will officiate in Brandon and the Revs. TerryRoberts and Mark Lindley will officiate in Tupelo.

Corbin was a native of Tupelo, born on Jan. 27, 1998, and hasbeen a resident of Rankin County for the past five years. He was afourth grade student at Oakdale Elementary School in Rankin County.Corbin loved the Lord, and was known as a Christian soldier and hada very special bond and love for his mother, family and friends. Heloved sports, always having a dream to play football and treasureda football jersey signed by Deuce McAllister. Corbin was a veryloving person, having a kind heart and will be greatly missed byhis family and friends.

Survivors include his parents, Sheree and Jason Richards, ofBrandon; and his father, Clay Adams of Gulf Shores, Ala.; hissister, Meghan Richards, of Punta Gorda, Fla.; his grandparents,Butch and Susan Hutcheson, of Wheeler, Pam Ellison, of Gulf Shores,Monroe and Brenda Adams, of Clanton, Ala., and Ethan Richards ofRahma, N.M.; his great-grandparents, Lester and Louine Hendrix, ofTupelo, Lois Hutcheson of Wheeler and Dolly Price of Clanton, Ala.;his aunts and uncles, Bubba and Brandy Collier, Rusty and MichelleHutcheson, Dusty Hutcheson, Christy and Keith Nash, Chris Adams,Winston and Amy Lucas; and cousins, Lexie and Paris Hutcheson,Dalton, Bradon and Shelly Collier, Gracie Jones, Noah Nash, Cody,Chace and Kaley Lucas.
