Wilson Daughdrill

Services for Wilson Daughdrill, of New Hebron, will be held at10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 4, at New Hebron Baptist Church withburial in New Hebron Cemetery. Saulters-Moore Funeral Home inPrentiss is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Daughdrill, 99, died June 2, 2008, at Haven Hall Health CareCenter in Brookhaven. He was a native of Jefferson Davis County,the son of Hugh and Fanny Jolly Daughdrill.

He was a member of New Hebron Baptist Church where he served asSunday school secretary for a number of years. He was a farmer,truck driver for Gulf, worked road construction with Mid-SouthPaving and served on the New Hebron School Board. He was an avidhunter, fisherman and gardener.

Preceding him in death were his parents, two brothers and twosisters.

Survivors are his wife, Delma Daughdrill, of New Hebron; hisson, Roy Daughdrill, of Wesson; his daughter, Betty Coulter, ofPrentiss; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

James Leslie May

Services for James Leslie May, of Sontag, will be held at 2 p.m.on Tuesday, June 3, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel in Monticellowith burial in Shiloh Baptist Church Cemetery in Sontag.

Visitation is Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of the serviceat the funeral home.

Mr. May, 99, died June 1, 2008, at Haven Hall Health Care Centerin Brookhaven. He was born in Nola on July 26, 1908, to JosephConway May and Carrie Ella Rutledge May.

He was a retired farmer. He was a member of Wanilla BaptistChurch.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Jessie MarieDaughdrill May; and a number of siblings.
