Services for Willie Nell Robbins, of Jayess, were 11 a.m.Tuesday, June 24, at Tilton United Methodist Church with burial inthe church cemetery. Hartman-Sharkey Funeral Home in McComb is incharge of arrangements.

Mrs. Robbins, 69, died June 20, 2008, at her residence. She wasborn in Lincoln County on May 19,1939, to Cyril Greer and HazelGatlin Greer.

She was a retired L.P.N. having worked for 18 years at McCombExtended Care and serving a number of years at Lawrence CountyNursing Home before working and retiring from Kidney Care inBrookhaven. She was a member of Tilton United Methodist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband of 50years, Donald R. Robbins; and a sister, Barbara Ann Russell.

Survivors are her five children, Vicki Alexander, of BatonRouge, La., Victor Mike Harris, of Ruston, La., Don Robbins andwife, Charlotte, Abby and Jerry Cothern, all of Jayess, and Stacyand Tim Wilson, of Smithdale; a brother, Stanley Greer and wife,Diane, of Bogue Chitto; her sisters, Linda Pittman and husband,Hollis, of Hattiesburg, Jackie Smith and husband, Larry, ofGreensburg; her special friend, Christine Alexander, of Jayess; 13grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces andnephews.

Pallbearers will be Dewayne Robbins, Jeremy Cothern, AlexAlexander, Kevin Chipman, Joey Durr, Mark Reid and Allen May.
