Stephanie Brown
Services for Stephanie Brown, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m.Tuesday, Aug. 12, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel withburial in Mt. Moriah Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. RonnieRobinson, the Rev. Ryan Thurman and the Rev. Frank Rice willofficiate.
Visitation is Monday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.
Mrs. Brown, 44, died Aug. 9, 2008, at her residence. She wasborn on July 18, 1964 to James Elton Kyzar and Mary Elizabeth SmithKyzar.
She was a graduate from Mississippi State University. She was amedical lab technician. She was a member of Central BaptistChurch.
Preceding her in death were her mother; her daughters, MaryElizabeth Brown and Heather Nicole Brown; a sister, Megan KyzarKellum; a grandmother, Virgie Rae Summers Smith and a grandfather,Monette Smith.
Survivors are her father and stepmother, Mary Kyzar; herhusband, Ricky Allen Brown, her sons, Jeremy Kyle Brown and Stephen”Stevie” Allen Brown; a brother, James Rodney Kyzar; her threenieces and eight nephews; her special friends, Edward Louis,Jonathan Hart, Cory Watts, Brad Ashley and Leigh Anne Mulligan.
Memorials may be made to the Caring Bridge Fund.

Services for Bennie “Bo Pete” Perkins Jr., of Bogue Chitto, are11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, at Mt. Zion Baptist Church in BogueChitto with burial in the church cemetery. Cook’s EnterpriseFuneral Home is in charge of arrangements. The Rev. James Dixonwill officiate.
Visitation is Monday from 5 until 7 p.m. at the funeralhome.
Mr. Perkins, 77, died Aug. 7, 2008, at Haven Hall Health CareCenter in Brookhaven. He was born in Lincoln County on Oct. 7, 1930to Bennie Perkins Sr. and Cassie Reed-Perkins.
He was retired from Croft Metals and was self-employed. He was amember of Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
Preceding him in death were his parents, his wife, Letha AnnPerkins, and a sister, Thelma Lee.
Survivors are his sons, Hebert Perkins Sr., Frederick PerkinsSr. and Randy Perkins and wife, Ruth, all of Bogue Chitto; hisdaughters, Amateen Isaac and husband, William, of McComb, IrmaAndrews, of Bogue Chitto, and Gloria Brown and husband, Jesse, ofMcComb; his two adopted daughters, Nanny Caston, of Nashville,Tenn., and Mary Caston, of Pensacola, Fla.; a sister, Joyceln Cook,of Brookhaven; his 18 grandchildren; his 38 great-grandchildren; anephew, Earl Lee, of McComb; a special friend, Helen Pierce, ofBrookhaven; and a host of other relatives, church family and dearfriends.
