Services for Helen Barnes Watts, of Monticello, are 2 p.m.Sunday, Sept. 14, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial inMasonic Cemetery.

Mrs. Watts, 81, died Sept. 13, 2008, at Lawrence County NursingHome. She was born in Oakvale on Nov. 8, 1926, to Cleve Barnes andElla Hathorn Barnes.

She was a retired secretary for Georgia-Pacific. She was amember of Monticello Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Tom RayWatts; and her brother.

Survivors are her son, Jackie Watts, of Monticello; and herdaughter and son-in-law, Vicki and Pete Matthews, ofMonticello.
