Services for Mark Wheaton Moody, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., are 11a.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapelwith burial in Rosehill Cemetery in Brookhaven.

Visitation is Friday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Moody, 42, died Sept. 30, 2008, in Tuscaloosa. He was bornon Feb. 10, 1966, to Clyde S. Moody and Betty Jordan Moody.

He was a graduate of Mississippi State University, where heearned his master’s degree in chemistry and biology. He was also amember of Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. He was owner of Jupiter Barand Grill. He was a member of Central Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Jewel and GenevaJordan and Dan and Agnes Moody.

Survivors are his parents; a sister, Lisa Moody Vinson; and hisnephews, Devin Vinson, Jordan Vinson and Parker Vinson.
