Memorial services for Richard D. Peters, of Carriere, are from 1until 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at his home at 406 Lakeside Drivein Carriere. Picayune Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Mr. Peters, 66, died Oct. 6, 2008, at Forrest General Hospitalin Hattiesburg.

Survivors are a son, Donald Peters and wife, Maria, ofBrookhaven; his two sisters, Shirley Alexander and Annette Wallace,both of Carriere, her three grandchildren, Daniel, Lauren andLindsey.
