Services for Calvin Smith, of Jackson, are 1 p.m. Saturday,Nov., 22, at Williams Mortuary Chapel with burial in HillcrestCemetery.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mr. Smith, 44, died Nov. 18, 2008, at his residence. He was bornon Aug. 9, 1964, in Montgomery, Ala., to Rosetta Smith.

Mr. Smith was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School inMontgomery. He was disabled.

Preceding him in death were his mother; a brother, Earl Smith;and a sister, Sylvene Jackson.

Survivors are his wife, Darlene Watson Smith, of Jackson; hisdaughter, Tameka White and husband, Jonathan, of Jackson; his foursisters, Lela Mae Dannis, Viola Whiting and husband, Elbert, LindaSmith, and Brenda Dawson and husband, Maurice, all of Montgomery;his two brothers, Theodore Calhoun, of Las Vegas, Nev., and LarrySmith, of Montgomery; and a host of nieces, nephews, otherrelatives and friends.
