Memorial services for Jodi Lynn Leavitt, of Bogue Chitto, were 3p.m. Friday, Nov. 28, at Big Springs Baptist Church in Brookhaven.The Rev. Lee Castello officiated.

Mrs. Leavitt, 46, died Nov. 23, 2008, at Select SpecialtyHospital in Jackson. She was born in Baton Rouge, La. on Dec. 7,1961, to Roy Hall and Mary King Hall.

She was of Baptist faith and attended Macedonia Baptist Churchin Lincoln County.

Preceding her in death were her mother, Mary King Hall; andhusband, Edward “Ed” Leavitt.

Survivors are her father, Roy Hall, of McComb; a son, ElwoodJames Ganoe, of McComb; her daughters, Katherine Grace Ganoe andMichael Thomas and Donis Amber Ganoe Durham and Marty, all of BogueChitto; a sister, La Nita Hall Griffin and husband, Michael, ofWoodbine, Ga.; her nieces, Emily Allaart and Mary Lawrence, ofWoodbine; a nephew, Mike Griffin, of Woodbine; her great nieces andnephews, of Woodbine; her three grandchildren, Sheylee GraceThomas, Alyssa Michelle Thomas and Emily Paige “Jellybean” Thomas;and numerous friends and other relatives.
