Services for George G. Westbrook, of the Auburn community, are 2p.m. Monday, Jan. 12, at Hartman-Sharkey Funeral Home in McCombwith burial in Adams United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from 4:30 until 8 p.m. and Monday from 1p.m. until the time of the service. Both visitations will be at thefuneral home.

Mr. Westbrook, 93, died Jan. 9, 2009, at McComb Nursing andRehab. He was born on Jan. 10, 1915, to Joseph Edmond Westbrook andMary Ada Tarbutton Westbrook.

He was a retired carpenter. He was a member of Adams UnitedMethodist Church and the John Quitman Masonic Lodge #0244.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, VirginiaJordan Westbrook; a daughter-in-law; and a son-in-law.

Survivors are his children, Jon Paul Westbrook, of Baton Rouge,La., Jack Westbrook, of Pensacola, Fla., Davy Westbrook, of theAuburn community, Candace Smith, of Hattiesburg, and CarolynMarchand, of Pompano Beach, Fla.; his brother, Jack Jordan, ofMadison; 13 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
