Services for Agnes Anderson, of Natchez, are 11 a.m. Tuesday,Feb. 3, at Christian Hope Baptist Church in Natchez with burial inNatchez National Cemetery. Marshall Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from 10 until 11 a.m. at the church.

Mrs. Anderson, 87, died Jan. 28, 2009, at her residence. She wasborn in Natchez on Dec. 18, 1921, to Garfield and Hattie MilesColston.

She was a member of First Moses Baptist Church choir.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her five sons; herthree brothers; a godsister; a godbrother; and twogreat-grandchildren.

Survivors are her husband, the Rev. Matthew Anderson Sr.; hersons, Robert L. Anderson, Michael Anderson and Matthew AndersonJr.; her two daughters, Katherine A. Morrison and Ruth E. Williams,all of Natchez; her 16 grandchildren; her 13 great-grandchildren;her five great-great-grandchildren; her four sisters-in-laws; abrother-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives andfriends.
