Services for Terry Jones Sr., of Springfield, Mass., are 1 p.m.Thursday, Feb. 12, at New Vision Fellowship Church in Brookhavenwith burial in St. John Cemetery in Wesson.

Visitation is Wednesday from noon until 7 p.m. at R.E. TylerFuneral Home with family present from 6 until 7 p.m.

Mr. Jones, 47, died Feb. 4, 2009, in Springfield, Mass. He wasborn in Brookhaven on Feb. 9, 1961, to Melvin Jones Sr. and RuthieB. King Jones.

He was a mechanic for Spartan Brake and Muffler in Springfield.He served in the U.S. Army.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and a sister, Anna MaeBass.

Survivors are his wife, Imogene Jones, of Springfield; hisdaughters, Monique Brothern, of Detroit, Mich., and Tara M. Jones,of Springfield; his brothers, John King, David E. Jones Sr., bothof Brookhaven, and Melvin Jones, of Springfield; his sisters,Evelyn King, Jeanette Vanhorn, of Detroit, Mich., Dale Stevenson,of St. Louis, Mo., and Annie Ruth Henderson, of Brookhaven; and ahost of grandchildren.
