Services for Clara Dixon, of Bogue Chitto and formerly ofMemphis, Tenn., are 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 14, at Rose Hill M.B.Church in Bogue Chitto with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 6 p.m. at R.E. TylerFuneral Home.

Mrs. Dixon, 74, died Feb. 10, 2009, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter in Brookhaven. She was born on Aug. 23, 1934, to the Rev.L.A. Gayten and Annie Pearl Puttman.

She was a hair stylist. She was a member of Gateway Church ofGod in Christ in Memphis.

Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, Roy L.Dixon.

Survivors are her sons, Terry Gayten, of Bogue Chitto, and RoyDixon, of Brookhaven; a daughter, Debra Dover, of Bogue Chitto; asister, Leora Carter; her eight grandchildren; and her fivegreat-grandchildren.
