Services for Charlie Berry Bridges, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m.Tuesday, March 24, at Pearlhaven Baptist Church in Brookhaven withburial in Mission Hill Cemetery.

Visitation is Monday from 5 until 8 p.m. at Riverwood FamilyFuneral Service and Tuesday from 1 until 2 p.m at the church.

Mr. Bridges, 63, died March 21, 2009, at his residence. He wasborn on Feb. 2, 1946, to Berry F. Bridges and Mary M. Mullins.

He was a truck driver for R.B. Wall Oil Co. Mr. Bridges servedin the U.S. Army. He was a member of Pearlhaven Baptist Churchwhere he was also a member of the Golden Pearls.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his sons, David Bridges and wife, Leah, of Tupelo,and Shane Bridges and wife, Beverly, of Sontag; a brother, JohnBridges, of Brookhaven; his sisters, Barbara Hux, of Brookhaven,and Betty Womack, of Ruth; his four grandchildren, Zachary, Jacoband Isabelle Bridges, all of Tupelo, and Ainsely Bridges, ofSontag.
