Janice Murray Allen

Services for Janice Murray Allen, of McCall Creek, are 11 a.m.Friday, May 15, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel on Natchez Drivewith burial in Ramah Baptist Church Cemetery in McCall Creek.

Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Allen, 63, died May 12, 2009, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter in Brookhaven. She was born in Lincoln County on Dec. 19,1945, to Alfred Murray and Cora Mae Hall Murray.

She was employed at Delphi in housekeeping.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Survivors are her husband, A.J. Allen, of McCall Creek; a son,Kevin Allen, of McCall Creek; a daughter, Janet Halford andhusband, Chad, of McCall Creek; a brother, Lemuel Murray and wife,Jean, of McCall Creek; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Landry andhusband, Wayne, of Greenwell Springs, La., and Elaine Black andhusband, Cloy, of Baton Rouge, La.; a brother-in-law, Pete Allen,of Bogue Chitto; and her eight grandchildren, Alex, Kasie, Taylor,Tyler, Kaden, Austin, Dawson and Brandon.

Inez London

Services for Inez London, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. Saturday,May 16, at Mt. Zion M.B. Church in Bogue Chitto with burial in thechurch cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 5 p.m. at R.E. TylerFuneral Home.

Mrs. London, 77, died May 13, 2009, at her residence. She wasborn in Lincoln County on Nov. 29, 1931, to Jessie Putman andCassie Bowman Putman.

She was a former associate of Wal-Mart in Brookhaven. She was amember of Mt. Zion M.B. Church in Bogue Chitto.

Preceding her in death were her parents; a son, Percy London;her brothers, Jessie Putman and Andrew Putman; and her sisters,Katherine Kelly and Ruby Lee Hunt.

Survivors are her husband, Marshall London Sr., of Bogue Chitto;her sons, Marshall London Jr., of Brookhaven, Karl London, of BogueChitto, Johnny Robert, Ricky London, both of Memphis, Tenn., John,Ted and Abramowitz London, all of Birmingham, Ala.; her daughters,Frances London, of Brandon, Bridget London, of Memphis, and SharonLondon, of Birmingham; her sisters, Frances Braxton, Blanch Bryant,both of Brookhaven, Elizabeth Putman, of Chicago, Ill., andLouvenia Parrish, of Detroit, Mich.; her 37 grandchildren; and 30great-grandchildren.

Nancy Hall-Peyregne

A memorial service for Nancy Hall-Peyregne, native of BogueChitto and a resident of Grand Bay, Ala., will be held at a laterdate. Gilmer’s Funeral Home in Mobile, Ala. is in charge ofarrangements.

Mrs. Hall-Peyregne, 42, died May 10, 2009, in Mobile.

She was a member of Cloverdale Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death was her father, Bennie Hall.

Survivors are her mother, Marlene Hall Bales, of Bogue Chitto;her husband, Brian Peyregne, of Grand Bay; her daughters, SuzannaBrook Peyregne and Lillian Nichole Peyregne, both of Grand Bay; asister, Hattie Morris, of Saraland, Ala.; along with extendedfamily consisting of brothers, sisters, cousins and dearfriends.
