Services for Frank McGrew, of Summit, were 11 a.m. Monday, May18, at Community Funeral Services with burial in Pleasant GroveUnited Methodist Church Cemetery.

Mr. McGrew, 71, died May 15, 2009, at G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VAMedical Center in Jackson. He was born in Lawrence County on Nov.21, 1937, to Herva McGrew and Annie Ballard McGrew.

He was a retired self-employed plumber. He was a member ofPleasant Grove United Methodist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and a brother, WilliamHedrick McGrew.

Survivors are his wife, Cheryl McGrew, of Summit; a son, DanMcGrew; his daughters, Donna McGrew, Connie Barnett and LibbyProtector; a brother, James McGrew; his sisters, Hilda Thames andHelen Nelson; his 12 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
