Services for Arthur Thomas, of Wesson, are 2 p.m. Saturday, May23, at Old St. John M.B. Church in Wesson with burial in St. JohnCemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 5 p.m. at R.E. TylerFuneral Home in Brookhaven.

Mr. Thomas, 50, died May 17, 2009, at St. Dominic-JacksonMemorial Hospital in Jackson. He was born in Copiah County on July17, 1958, to Arlee Thomas Sr. and Queen Kelly Thomas.

He was disabled.

Preceding him in death were his parents; and a brother, RonnieGlasper.

Survivors are his wife, Myrtis Thomas, of Wesson; his sons,Arthur Thomas Jr., Raymond Thomas and Clayton Allen, all of Wesson;his daughters, Rolanda (Parnell) Ainsworth, of Jackson, JunaintaThomas, of Crystal Springs, Shaun Vaughn, of Jackson, and KatherineAllen, of Wesson; his brothers, Bobby Thomas, Arlee Thomas Jr. andWalter Thomas, all of Wesson; a sister, Wanda Thomas, of Wesson; ahalf brother, Brian Thomas, of Wesson; his half sisters, ShannonVaughn, Tarniece Thomas and Sandra Smith, all of Wesson; and his 10grandchildren.
