Services for Sarah Lillian Lewis Wooten Linder, of Natchez, were2 p.m. Sunday, May 24, at Laird Funeral Home Union Street Chapelwith graveside services and burial at 4 p.m. in Pleasant GroveBaptist Church Cemetery in Brookhaven.

Mrs. Linder, 85, died May 22, 2009, at Natchez Regional MedicalCenter. She was born in McCall Creek on March 7, 1924, to ClarenceWellington Lewis and Fannie Edell Hogan Lewis.

She was a member of Natchez First Baptist Church.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husbands, VernonWooten and Curtis Linder; her two sisters, Ilene Arnold and CoreneLaird; and her two brothers, Troy Lewis and Lawrence Lewis.

Survivors are a daughter, Verna Wooten Bryant and husband, Mark,of Natchez; her two grandchildren, Jason Bryant and wife, Charie,of Southaven, and Janna White and husband, Patrick, of Clinton; herfive great-grandchildren, Joshua Bryant, Kayla Bryant, ElizabethBryant, Sean White and Angel White; a number of nieces and nephews;and her special caregivers, Chris Malone, Mary Murray, TerriWilliams and Henrietta McCoy.

Men of First Baptist Church served as pallbearers.
