Billie Tarter Vieluf, 62, of Rio Rancho, N.M., passed away July1, 2009.

Visitation will be Sunday from noon til the time of the serviceat 1:30 p.m. at Jones Family Funeral Services in McComb. Bro. MikeAlexander will officiate. Burial will be at Easthaven Cemetery inBrookhaven.

Ms. Vieluf was born September 9, 1946, in McComb. She was thedaughter of the late Robert Eugene and Nellie Redd Tarter.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. Shewill be greatly missed because of her compassion and exuberantpersonality. She was also an accomplished artist in many areas.

Ms. Vieluf is survived by one son, Vincent Vieluf, of LosAngeles, Calif.; two daughters, Nicole McVey, of Memphis, Tenn.,and Stephanie Klenzing and husband, Colby, of Rio Rancho; onebrother, Norman Tarter and wife, Jane, of Conover, N.C.; foursisters, Bobbie Helmke and husband, James, of Austin, Texas, MaryMoak and husband, Carey, of Orland Park, Ill., Zenia Price andhusband, Jimmy, of Bogue Chitto, and Sandra Smith of Corpus Cristi,Texas.

She was a proud grandmother to Will, Abby, Lochlan and CullenMcVey, and Colby, Braden and Alexandra Klenzing. She had numerousnieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Carey Moak, Gordon Redd, Matt Smith, JoshSmith, Jacob Smith and James Helmke.
