Services for William Levi Langford, of Hattiesburg, are 2 p.m.Tuesday, July 21, at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with burial inRoberts Memorial Cemetery in Jayess.

Mr. Langford, 87, died July 18, 2009, at Forrest GeneralHospital in Hattiesburg. He was born in Yazoo City on March 19,1922, to Robert Lee Langford and Sara Estelle Taylor Langford.

He was a retired distributor for Cam and Rose Dog Food. Mr.Langford served with the U.S. Navy during World War II. He lived inJayess for 31 years then moved to Pearl River County 13 years ago.He was a member of Gum Pond Baptist Church in Pearl RiverCounty.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his first wife, BonnieJean Langford; and his numerous brothers and sisters.

Survivors are his wife, Bonnie Cole Langford, of Lumberton; ason, Barry E. Langford, of Tupelo, and a stepson, Steve Backstrom,of Lumberton; and his numerous nieces and nephews.
