Services for Dontry Porter, of Tucker, Ga., are 11 a.m.Saturday, Sept. 12, at Alexander Junior High School Auditorium inBrookhaven with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 7 p.m. at R.E. TylerFuneral Home.

Mr. Porter, 37, died Sept. 3, 2009, in Marrero, La. He was bornin Brookhaven on Feb. 18, 1972, to Oscar Porter and Barbara CraigPorter.

He was a graduate of Brookhaven High School and Copiah-LincolnCommunity College. He attended Nicholls State in Thibodeaux, La.Mr. Porter was a floor hand for Transocean Deepwater DrillingCo.

Survivors are his wife, Jonna Jeanette Mason Porter, of Tucker;a son, Christian D. Porter, of Tucker; a brother, Potasco Porter,of Vicksburg; and his sisters, Devine Love and Devonda Porter, ofBrookhaven.
