Services for Jimmy Dale Anderson, of Liberty, are 2 p.m.Saturday, Sept. 12, at New Park M.B. Church in Meadville withburial in William Temple Church of God in Christ Cemetery inLiberty.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 6 p.m. at Williams Mortuary inBrookhaven.

Mr. Anderson, 48, died Sept. 3, 2009, at his residence. He wasborn in Franklin County on April 18, 1961, to Kenneth CharlesAnderson and Mary Ellen Harris Anderson.

He worked for R.W. Delaney Oil Field and Shipper Carline ofBude.

Preceding him in death were his parents; a sister, Josie MaeJones; and his brothers, James Edward Anderson and Kenneth CharlesAnderson Jr.

Survivors are his devoted wife, Shirley Perkins Anderson, ofLiberty; a daughter, April Imaui Anderson, of Liberty; his sons,Jimmy Dale Anderson Jr., Marterous Anderson and JaQuan Anderson,all of Liberty; his sisters, Dartha Ann Robinson and husband, ElderLampton, of Liberty, Emma Anderson, Mildred Faye Veals and husband,John, and Mary Anderson, all of Meadville; his brothers, RoyAnderson and wife, Jane, of Liberty, Henry Anderson, JerryAnderson, both of Meadville, and Billy Ray Anderson, of Bude; agrandmother, Mae Ellen Harris, of Meadville; a devoted aunt, JessieGordon, of Monticello; and a host of other relatives andfriends.
