Cheryl Tardo Smith

Services for Cheryl Tardo Smith, of Jackson, are 2 p.m.Thursday, Oct. 15, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel on NorthJackson Street with burial in Rosehill Cemetery.

Visitation is Wednesday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeralhome.

Mrs. Smith, 42, died Oct. 12, 2009, at the University ofMississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She was born in Brookhavenon Feb. 15, 1967, to Raymond Tardo and Margaret Neal Tardo.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of First BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Eugene and HelenNeal; and a nephew, Connor Rhinewalt.

Survivors are her father, Raymond Tardo, of Morton; her mother,Margaret Neal Tardo, of Brandon; her husband, Kenneth Smith, ofJackson; a son, Colby Cunningham, of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; adaughter, Jessica Cunningham, of Jackson; her stepchildren, TaraSmith, Chase Smith and Shayne Smith, all of Jackson; her brothers,Rickie Tardo and wife, Gwen, of Brookhaven, and Chris Tardo andwife, Connie, of Madison; her sisters, Vicki Tardo Hart andhusband, Brett, of Brandon, and Raynell Tardo Ainsworth, of Pearl;and her numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
