Derrick DWayne Womack Sr.

Services for Derrick DWayne Womack Sr., of Brookhaven, are 2p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7, at Siloam M.B. Church in Brookhaven withburial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 8 p.m. at Williams Mortuarywith family present from 7 until 8 p.m.

Mr. Womack, 47, died Oct. 31, 2009, at Mississippi BaptistMedical Center in Jackson. He was born in Lincoln County on Jan. 5,1962, to James L. Womack and Mae Belle Byrd Womack Fells.

He was a 1979 graduate of West Lincoln Attendance Center. He wasdisabled. He was a member of Siloam M.B. Church.

Preceding him in death was his father.

Survivors are his mother, Mae Belle Byrd Womack Fells, ofBrookhaven; a son, Derrick Womack Jr., of Champaign, Ill.; hisdaughters, Tarri Y. Fells, of Brookhaven, Jarika Womack and LaToyaWomack, both of Jackson; and a host of aunts, uncles, otherrelatives and friends.
