Services for Richard Norman Odom are 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 18, atGalilee Baptist Church in Rockport with burial in the churchcemetery. Community Funeral Services is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the church.

Mr. Odom, 68, died Dec. 15, 2009, at Pine Crest Guest Home inHazlehurst. He was born in Copiah County on Dec. 19, 1946, to LoyldOdom and Stella Beasley Odom.

He was a disabled. He served in the National Guard.

Preceding him in death was his father.

Survivors are his mother; his wife, Gail Odom, of Hazlehurst; ason, Richard Buckley; his daughters, Lorece Hamilton, Janice Short,Wendy Toeldo and Lynn Loungo; his brothers, Sammy Odom, Bobby Odomand Sherrill Odom; and his eight grandchildren.
