Services for Lakisha Gayle Lewis, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m.Saturday, Feb. 13, at Mary’s Temple Church of God in Christ, withburial in Siloam Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. WilliamsMortuary is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 7 p.m. at the funeral home, withfamily hour from 6 until 7 p.m.

Ms. Lewis, 28, died Feb. 7, 2010, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. She was born in Oakland, Calif., on Oct. 21, 1981, toGregory Lewis and Dinah Wilcher Lewis, both of Brookhaven.

She was disabled. She had been employed with Kentucky Fried Chickenfor seven years. She attended school in Oakland, and alsoBrookhaven High School. She was a member of Mary’s Temple Church ofGod in Christ.

Preceding her in death are her maternal and paternal grandparents,and several aunts and uncles.

Survivors are her parents; her sons, Jatavian Lewis, Ki’Aunte Lewisand Javarius Lewis, all of Brookhaven; her sister, Demetria Lewis,of Brookhaven; her nephew, Terrill Lenoir Jr., of Brookhaven; and ahost of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
