Mr. and Mrs. Stacey Newell, of Brookhaven, announce theengagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, KristenNicole Newell, of Brookhaven, to Daniel Timothy Haire, of UnionChurch.

He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tim Haire, of Union Church.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. And Mrs. Meredith Newell, ofBrookhaven, and the late Bennie Jean Newell, and Mrs. and Mrs. J.Glen Smith, of Brookhaven.

He is the grandson of Bertha Varnado, of Union Church, and the lateDavid Rayford Varnado, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Haire, ofUnion Church.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Loyd Star Attendance Center,and a 2008 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College. She is astudent at Mississippi College, pursuing a degree in elementaryeducation. She is employed with Newell Farms.

The prospective groom is a 2001 graduate of Loyd Star AttendanceCenter. He is employed with AT&T.

The wedding is 6 p.m. Saturday, March 20, 2010, at MonmouthPlantation in Natchez. A reception will follow at the samelocation.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding and thereception.
