Bobby and Andrea Hatcher, of Brookhaven, announce the engagementand approaching marriage of their daughter, Ashley Nicole Hatcher,of Pearl, to Corey Charles Hickman, of Jackson.

He is the son of Bradley and Stacey Lovett of Denham Springs, La.,and Mitchell Hickman, of Birmingham, Ala.

She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie B. Hudson, ofBrookhaven, and the late Earl and Vera Hatcher, of Fidler.

He is the grandson of John and Linda Beacham, and Francis and thelate Charles Butler, and the late Mitchell and Norma Jean Hickman,all of Brookhaven.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Brookhaven High School, a2006 graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College; and a 2008graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She isemployed as a registered nurse in the emergency room at Blair E.Batson Hospital for Children.

The prospective groom is a 2004 graduate of Brookhaven High School,and attended Copiah-Lincoln Community College and Mississippi StateUniversity. He is employed as a driller with WeatherfordInternational Drilling.

The wedding is 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 24, 2010, at theFairview in Jackson. A reception will follow at the samelocation.
