Services for Lillian Vinzant, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. Sunday,April 25, at Brookhaven Funeral Home Chapel on North Jackson Streetwith burial in Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation is Sunday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service atthe funeral home.

Mrs. Vinzant, 79, died April 23, 2010, at Silver Cross NursingHome. She was born in Liberty on Jan. 22, 1931, to Bruce Atchersonand Lela Love Atcherson.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Zion Hill BaptistChurch.

Preceding her in death were her parents.

Survivors are her daughter, Betty Mayfield, of Brookhaven; hergranddaughter, Shonda Mayfield, of Brookhaven; her grandsons,Joseph Mayfield, of Mize, and James Mayfield, of Brookhaven; andsix great-grandchildren.
