Services for Oscar Rauls, of Monticello, are 11 a.m. Wednesday,April 28, at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church in Brookhaven,with burial in the church cemetery. R.E. Tyler Funeral Home is incharge of arrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from noon until 7 p.m. at the funeral home,with family present from 6 until 7 p.m.

Mr. Rauls, 71, died April 22, 2010, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. He was born in Brookhaven onMarch 23, 1939, to Willie Rauls and Leatha Mae Cooper Rauls.

He was a former transporter with Southwest Mobile Homes inMonticello. He was a member of Macedonia Missionary M.B.Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Survivors are his wife, Annie Pittman Rauls, of Monticello; hissons, Anthony Rauls, of Springfield, Mass.; his daughters,Charlotte Rauls, of Brookhaven, Veronica Rauls, of Cordova, Tenn.,and Alice Rauls, of Houston, Texas; his brothers, Edward Lenoir, ofBrookhaven, Kenny Rauls, of California, Jerome Scarbrough, of FortLauderdale, Fla., and Willie Earl Scarbrough, of Brookhaven; hissister, Eva Mae Buie, of Kalamazoo, Mich.; and his ninegrandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
