Funeral services for Chalmus McNair Jr., of Brookhaven, are 2p.m. Saturday, May 29, at Avery Chapel AME Church in Brookhaven,with burial in Hillcrest Cemetery in Brookhaven. The Rev. WillieGauthier will officiate. R.E. Tyler Funeral Home is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Friday from noon until 7 p.m. at the funeral home,with the family present from 6 until 7 p.m.

Mr. McNair, 71, died May 23, 2010, at the University of MississippiMedical Center in Jackson.
