Funeral services for Cheryl Thompson Woods Rabalais, ofBrookhaven, are 3 p.m. on Thursday, June 10, at Community FuneralServices Chapel, with burial in New Sight Cemetery inBrookhaven.
Mrs. Rabalais, 62, died June 6, 2010, at her residence. She wasborn in Copiah County on Aug. 6, 1947, to Walter Eugene Thompsonand Minnie Irene Davis Thompson.
She was a homemaker and was employed with R and M Vendors. She wasa member of New Sight Baptist Church in Brookhaven.
Preceding her in death were her parents; her brother, Walter GlennThompson; and her sisters, Sara Gene Brown, Linda Smith and LouiseHux.
Survivors are her husband, James “Jim” Rabalais, of Brookhaven; hersons, Bryant Woods, of Brookhaven, DeLynn Woods, of Brandon, andDavid Woods, of Jayess; her sister, Joyce Honie, of Jackson; hergrandchildren, Nicholas Woods, Daniel Woods, Maggie Woods andAnsley Ainsworth; and a longtime family friend, GlennaMayberry.
