Tim and Tammy Martin, of Brookhaven, announce the engagement andapproaching marriage of their daughter, Karlee Ann Martin, toAnthony Dewayne Prather, of Brookhaven.

He is the son of Debbie and Doyle Alexander, of Brookhaven, andthe late Steve Prather.

She is the granddaughter of Shirley Bessonette, of Brookhaven,and the late Lonnie Bessonette, and the late Dick and RuthMartin.

He is the grandson of Carol Prather, Joyce Chidrey, ShirleyFreeman and Mitchell and Helen Smith.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Brookhaven High School andattended Copiah-Lincoln Community College. She is currentlyemployed with Polk’s Steak House.

The prospective groom is a graduate of Loyd Star AttendanceCenter. He is employed with Neighbors Drilling.

The wedding is 6:30 p.m., on Friday, July 9, 2010, at PearlhavenBaptist Church in Brookhaven. A reception will follow at thechurch.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend the wedding andthe reception.
