Funeral services for Juanita Louise Teasley, of Brookhaven, are1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 30, at Zion Hill Baptist Church inWesson, with burial in the church cemetery. Community FuneralServices is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the church.

Mrs. Teasley, 71, died June 27, 2010, at her residence. She wasborn in St. Petersburg, Fla., on Sept. 8, 1938, to Clyde CarlisleSmith and Nola Louise Ottinger.

She had worked for the Copiah-Lincoln Community College SeniorCommunity Service Employment Program and was assigned to the WINJob Center. She also worked in human resources in Texarkana, Texas,and had worked in Hazlehurst at the unemployment office and at theUSDA Service Center. She also worked for Potter Co. for manyyears.

Preceding her in death were her husband, James E. Teasley; and hersons, Jimmy Earl Teasley and Robert A. (Tony) Teasley.

Survivors are her daughters, Melba Bozeman and Shirl Teasley, bothof Hazlehurst; her brothers, Bobby Smith, of Little Rock, Ark., andJohnny Smith, of Fayettee, N.C.; her sisters, Melissa Henry, ofTampa, Fla., Doris Watridge, of Shaw, and Deborah Crossland, ofFouke, Ark.; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and twogreat-great-stepgrandchildren.
