Funeral services for Mildred Hester Munn, of Wesson, are 11 a.m.on Friday, Aug. 20, at Harrigill Funeral Home Chapel, with burialin Rocky Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Wesson.

Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 9 p.m., and on Friday from 10a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.

Mrs. Munn, 92, died Aug. 17, 2010, at her residence. She was bornin Wesson on May 18, 1918, to Monroe Hester and Fannie SmithHester.

She retired from Potter Company in Wesson after 30 years ofservice. Following her retirement, she worked for 10 years atPrecious Moments Daycare in Wesson. She was a member of Rocky HillBaptist Church. She was a devoted mother and a loving grandmother.To know her was to love her.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, James L.Munn; her infant daughter, Katherine Loraine Munn; and hergrandson, David Leroy Britt.

Survivors are her son, Jimmy Lee Munn and wife, Kathy, of Wesson;her daughters, Kathleen Russell and husband, William Ray, andFrances Britt and husband, Bobby, all of Wesson; her sisters,Lavelle Hester Stevens, of Crystal Springs, and Marie HesterMiller, of Wesson; her grandchildren, Debbie Britt Brown, LisaRussell Elliott, Tina Russell Cupit, Shane Munn, Sheila Munn andSteve Renfroe; her great-grandchildren, Devin Brown, DanielleBrown, Russell Elliott, Rachel Elliott, Paxton Cupit, Peyton Cupit,Zachery Renfroe, Lexie Renfroe, Garrett Renfroe, Cody Munn andClayton Munn; her great-great-granddaughter, Addilyn Brown; and herdevoted caregivers, Twanda Moore, Marie Sanders and DoreathaNelson.
