Funeral services for Lawrence E. “Sonny” Smith, of Brookhaven,are 11 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16, at Heuck’s Retreat Baptist Churchin Brookhaven, with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood FamilyFuneral Service is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 5 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home, andon Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at thechurch.

Mr. Smith, 84, died Oct. 12, 2010, at University of MississippiMedical Center in Jackson.
