Funeral services for Mary “Jeanette” Weeks Jackson, of Wesson,are 2 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 28, at Sylvarena Baptist Church inWesson with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood Family FuneralService is in charge of arrangements.

Visitation is Sunday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service atthe church.

Mrs. Jackson, 76, died Nov. 25, 2010, at her residence. She wasborn in McComb on July 3, 1934, to J.W. Weeks and Nan SpeedWeeks.

She was an active member of Sylvarena Baptist Church and was a WMUmember for many years. She was the owner of Wesson Café andCatering Service. She was a very accomplished cake decorator andtaught many classes on cake decorating through the years. She wasalso a vital part of the family dairy farm, Jackson Farms.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, William E.”Billy” Jackson; her son, Benny Eugene Jackson; her grandson,Wesley Jackson; and her brother, Billy Weeks.

Survivors are her sons, Craig Jackson and wife, Denise, KurtJackson and wife, Lisa, and Kyle Jackson, all of Wesson; herbrothers, Jerry Weeks, of Vicksburg, and Dan Weeks, of Wesson; hersister, Charlotte Drane, of Wesson; her grandchildren, Clayton,Nathan, Brady, Shane, Seth and Brodie; and numerous nieces andnephews.
