Funeral services for Cleveland McNulty Sr., of Brookhaven, are 2p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 29, at Jericho Church of Christ in LoydStar, with burial in the church cemetery. Williams Mortuary is incharge of arrangements.

Visitation is Friday from 1 until 6 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. McNulty, 82, died Jan. 21, 2011, at his residence. He was bornin Lincoln County on Jan. 21, 1929 to Stanley McNulty and EthelCaine McNulty.

He retired from Phillips’ Brother Lumber Co. after 30 years. Heserved in the United States Army and the Korean War. He graduatedfrom Alexander High School.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Millerson EvonMcNulty; his son, Gerald McNulty; his sister, Bertha Wheeler; andhis son-in-law, Donald McDaniel.

Survivors are his son, Cleveland McNulty Jr., of Brookhaven, andwife, Barbara; his daughters, Margaret McDaniel, of Brookhaven,Clarissa Coleman, of Brookhaven, and husband, David, AngelaMcNulty, of Brookhaven, and Tina Thomas, of Brookhaven, andhusband, Anthony; his brother, Landy “Pete” McNulty, of Denver,Colo.; his sisters, Bessie Brothern, of Brookhaven, and EvelynMcNulty, of Denver, Colo.; his 14 grandchildren; his eightgreat-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relativesand friends.
