Jerry Lee Dunigan, of McCall Creek, went home to be with theLord and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Funeral services are 2 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 21, at Ramah BaptistChurch in Franklin County with burial in the church cemetery.Brookhaven Funeral Home on Natchez Drive is in charge ofarrangements.

Visitation is Sunday from 4 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home andMonday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at thechurch.

Mr. Dunigan, 73, died Feb. 17, 2011, at Franklin Memorial Hospitalin Meadville. He was born in Lucien on Sept. 23, 1937, to MarshallDunigan and Lula Wooten Dunigan.

He was a retired oil field worker with Energy Drilling Co. and wasa member of Ramah Baptist Church.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Georgia MaxineDunigan; his brothers, H.E. Dunigan, Marshall Hulin Dunigan, OthellDunigan, Leonard Dunigan, Charles Dunigan, Willard Dunigan andClinton Dunigan; and his sisters, Gladys Dunigan and Vera MaeApplewhite.

Survivors include his daughters and their husbands, Judy McCall andMichael, of Ville Platte, La., Teresa McDowell and Danny, ofPineville, La., Vicki Sandlin and Jerry, of Roxie, and MickiFlowers and Elwin, of Natchez; his sons and their wives, Jerry LynnDunigan and Sandra, of Natchez, and Jason Lyle Dunigan and Robin,of Jackson; three grandchildren, Shane Pollan, Matthew Sandlin andChristopher Lennon Grace; his brother, Venton Dunigan, of Natchez;his sister, Doris Campbell, of Baton Rouge, La.; and his beloved,special friend, Pauline Day Smith, of Natchez.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Dunigan, Jason Dunigan, Jerry Sandlin,Rodney Pollan, Shane Pollan and Danny McDowell. Honorarypallbearers will be Elwin Flowers, Roger Smith and ChristopherGrace.
