Funeral services for Maxie Ray Anding Sr., of Brookhaven, are 2p.m. on Sunday, May 29, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service Chapel,with burial in Bethel Temple Cemetery in Brookhaven.

Visitation was Saturday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.Visitation continues Sunday at 9 a.m. until the time of the serviceat the funeral home.

Mr. Anding, 74, died May 27, 2011, at his residence. He was born inMississippi on Sept. 1, 1936, to Shelton Anding and MinnieDelaughter Anding.

He was a retired oil field consultant.

Preceding him in death were his parents; his brothers, Claude EarlAnding and Vernon Anding; his sisters, Betty Jean Foster andShirley Anding; and his son, Maxie Ray Anding Jr.

Survivors are his wife, Bonnie Syddall Anding; his son, Coby Andingand wife, Brandy; his daughters, Cathy Mayberry and husband, Brian,Charity Case and husband, Mark, and CaBrena Roberts and husband,Jason; his grandchildren, Catrena Carter, Tony Carter Jr.,Christopher Adams, Carlie Adams, Terrah Adams, Tamara Adams, TylerAdams, Markie Case, Caitlin Case, Austin Myers Anding, Maci Anding,Devin Gill, Madison Roberts and Mackenzie Roberts; and hisgreat-grandchildren, Kaylee Carter and Miley Adams.
