Funeral services for the Rev. WilliePorter, of Bogue Chitto, are 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 16, at Mt.Zion BC Church in Bogue Chitto with burial in the church cemetery.The Rev. James Dixon Jr. will officiate. R.E. Tyler Funeral Home isin charge of arrangements.

    Visitation is Friday from noon until 7 p.m. at the funeralhome.

    The Rev. Porter, 81, died July 11, 2011, at Southwest MississippiRegional Medical Center in McComb. He was born in Lincoln County onFeb. 17, 1930.
