Funeral services for Lyllian B. Roberts, ofBogue Chitto, are 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 10, at Bogue ChittoBaptist Church, with burial in Pleasant Hill Baptist ChurchCemetery.

    Visitation is Tuesday from 5 until 9 p.m. at Brookhaven FuneralHome on North Jackson Street. Visitation at the church will be fromnoon Wednesday until the time of the service.

    Mrs. Roberts, 85, died Aug. 6, 2011, at King’s Daughters MedicalCenter. She was born in Vicksburg on Feb. 13, 1926, to Everette andGertrude Reeves Boyte.

    She was a homemaker and a member of Bogue Chitto BaptistChurch.

    Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband, Carl Roberts;her son, Carl David Roberts; a granddaughter, Kathy Love; hersisters, Ruth Dell Price, Christine Hintz and Kitty Burgess.

    Survivors are her daughters, Beverly Durham and husband, Jesse, ofBogue Chitto, and Katie Love and husband, David, of Brookhaven; hergrandchildren, Wendy and Wayne Boyd, Dana and Mikey Pyeatt, BuddyRoberts, Robby and Dawn Roberts, Christie and Randy Giackind,Jessica and Roger Arnold, Marty and Donis Durham, Angie and RickyDelaughter, David and Jennifer Love, Joey and Amy Cannon; 20great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
