Mr. and Mrs. Willie Culver are proud to announce that theirdaughter, Felicia, will receive a doctorate of philosophy (PhD)from the University of Southern Mississippi during theirCommencement exercises on December 16.  At USM, Felicia was aSouthern Regional Education Board doctoral scholar and studiedscience education with a chemistry emphasis.  Felicia already holdsB.S. and M.S. degrees in Polymer Science.  Felicia plans to pursuea career post secondary science education.
