Funeral services for Alma “JoAnn” Wagner, of Meridian, are 1 p.m. on Friday, March 16, at Robert Barham Family Funeral Home in Meridian, with burial in Daleville United Methodist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Roy Dabbs will officiate.

     Visitation is Thursday from 5 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.

     Mrs. Wagner, 71, died March 13, 2012, at Anderson Regional Medical Center North in Meridian. She was born on Aug. 8, 1940.

     She was a retired civil service employee from Naval Air Station in Meridian.

     Preceding her in death were her parents, Velma and Evie Allen, of Brookhaven, and Frank Whitehead, of Alexandria, La.; and daughter, Sandra Lynn Troutman, of Meridian.

     Survivors are her daughters, Beverly Henderson and husband, Glenn, of Meridian, and Peggy Wagner, of Lafayette, La.; son, Jerry “Buddy” Wagner Jr. and wife, Barbara, of Pineville, La.; eight grandchildren, Glenn Henderson Jr., Greg Henderson, Mark Wagner, Jeremy Wagner, Myles Donald, Blythe Frederick, Ray Troutman and Sabrina Troutman; 9 great-grandchildren; and brother, Claude Whitehead and wife, Summer, of Longview, Texas.

     Pallbearers will be Mrs. Wagner’s grandsons.
