Memorial services for Helen Gilbreath Stuard, of Brookhaven, are 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 11, at Riverwood Family Funeral Service.

     Visitation is Wednesday from 10 until 11 a.m. at the funeral home.

     Mrs. Stuard, 94, died April 7, 2012, at her home. She was born in Oklahoma on April 9, 1917, to Harry Gilbreath and Stella Leuellen.

     She was a homemaker who adored her family and her yard and landscaping. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Brookhaven.

     Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Wyatte B. Stuard Sr.; and daughter, Christine Stuard.

     Survivors are her sons, Wyatte B. Stuard Jr. and wife, Tina, of Brookhaven, and David P. Stuard and wife, Astrid, of Kerrville, Texas; six grandchildren, Wyatte B. Stuard III, Terri Lynn Salinas, Steven Craig Stuard, David P. Stuard Jr., Bob A. Stuard and Kelli Sena; 13 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.

     The family gives a special thanks to the caregivers and Hospice Ministries of Brookhaven.
