Teresa “Terri” Plunkett Huey

Funeral services for Teresa “Terri” Plunkett Huey, of Brookhaven, are 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, at the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer, with burial in the church cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Thursday from 12:30 until 2 p.m. at the church.

     Mrs. Huey, 61, died April 16, 2012, at her home. She was born in Mississippi on June 25, 1950, to J.D. and Violet Allen Plunkett.

     She was a secretary in the banking industry and a member of the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer.

     Preceding her in death were her parents; and brother-in-law, Bill Huey.

     Survivors are her husband, Steve Huey; son, Ben Huey and wife, Alyson Lofton Huey; daughter, Emily Phillips and husband, Jeff; brothers, Hugh Plunkett and wife, Wanda, and Robert Plunkett; sisters, Betty Plunkett and Suzanne Ables and husband, Ronnie; brother and sister-in-law, Mel and Melinda Huey, and sister-in-law, Susan Huey; and three grandchildren, David Phillips, Lucas Phillips and Brooklyn Huey.

     In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to the Episcopal Church of the Redeemer in Brookhaven.
