Funeral services for Clara Adelle Boyte, of Brookhaven, are 3 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 27, at Solid Rock Pentecostal Church, with burial in Bethel Temple Pentecostal Church Cemetery. Riverwood Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.

     Visitation is Monday from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the church.

     Mrs. Boyte, 80, died Aug. 25, 2012, at King’s Daughters Medical Center. She was born in Mississippi on March 24, 1932, to Calvin “Cap” Ross Lenard and Jerusha Christine Lenard.

     She was a bus driver and homemaker and a member of Bethel Temple Pentecostal Church.

     Preceding her in death were her parents; husband, Hugh L. Boyte Sr.; son, Eldon Ross “Butchie” Boyte; and daughter, Wendy Star Boyte Furr.

     Survivors are her sons, Hugh L. Boyte Jr. and Tommy Ellis Boyte; daughters, Helen Louise Smith and husband, Mitchell, Jeannine Waldrop and husband, Jesse, Penny Moulder and husband, Russell, and Pattie Maranda Boyte; 24 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
